EDWARD R. BURGESS.

This is the last will and testament of me Edward R. Burgess of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland.

First - I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time made and I appoint my wife Elizabeth Burgess the executrix of this my will.

Second - I give, devise and bequeath to my said wife all my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate for her absolute use and benefit for ever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 9^th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
