Will of Emily Ann Burden In re Salvage April 14 1909 I Emily Ann Burden, widow of Salvage Newfoundland declare this to be my last will and Testament. I devise and bequeath all the monies I possess in my own name, and all interest in the estate of my late husband to my son John Macdonald Burden, absolutely and I appoint as my executor Mr Kenneth Burden In witness whereof I have set my hand this fourteenth day of April in the year 1909 Emily Ann her x mark Burden Signed by the said Emily Ann Burden as her last will and Testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at her request in her presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses Llewellyn Godden Henry James Oldford Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
