In re
      GEORGE BURBIDGE.       DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me George Burbidge, Fisherman, of Epworth.
I appoint John W. Berry clergyman of Epworth, and my son Samuel Burbidge executors of this my will, who will see that my last wishes are carried out. I devise and bequeath to my son Samuel all my land situate at Epworth Newfoundland together with my house and other buildings found thereon.
I devise and bequeath to my son Samuel, to my daughter Eliza Mayo and to my daughter Selina Brinson, whatever monies I may leave after all my funeral and testamentary expenses are paid, and after a headstone has been erected to my memory, to be divided amongst the three of them equally.

Signed by said George Burbidge in the presence of us both who in the presence of each other, saw him affix his mark, the said will having been first read over and explained to said George Burbidge who seemed perfectly to understand same. The 29^th day of December. A.D. 1927.
