ELIZABETH BULL.

This is the last will and testament of me ELIZABETH BULL of Dunedin 35 Chapel Park Road St Leonards-on-Sea in the county of Sussex Widow I revoke all Wills and Testamentary writings by me heretofore made I bequeath to my dear daughter Emma Brett the sum of Four hundred pounds if and in case I shall not hereafter give her such sum in my lifetime AND I declare if and in case I shall hereafter give her the sum of Four hundred pounds in my lifetime that my executors shall out of my residuary estate pay the estate duty (if any) which shall be payable in respect thereof AND I declare that I make the foregoing gift in consideration of my having given a sum of Four hundred pounds to my son-in-law George Isaac Hurst I devise all my real estate and I bequeath the residue of my personal estate to my two daughters Emma Brett and Nellie Hurst absolutely in equal shares I appoint my said two daughters Emma Brett and Nellie Hurst and my son-in-law Rowland Brandon Brett to be executors of this my will

THIS IS A CODICIL to the last will and testament of me ELIZABETH BULL formerly of Dunedin 35 Chapel Park Road St Leonards-on-Sea in the county of Sussex and now of The Firs 29 Godwin Road Clive Vale Hastings in the County of Sussex Widow which will bears date the twenty sixth day of March one thousand nine hundred and eighteen Whereas I have by my said will bequeathed to my daughter Emma Brett the sum of Four Hundred pounds if and in case I shall not therefore give her such sum of Four hundred pounds in my lifetime NOW I hereby declare that the said legacy shall be reduced to the sum of Three hundred pounds and that my said will shall be read and construed as if the sum of three hundred pounds had been substituted for the sum of Four hundred pounds in the said bequest to my said daughter and in the declaration relating thereto AND in all other respects I confirm my said will.

THIS IS A SECOND CODICIL to the will of me Elizabeth Bull of The Firs 29 Godwin Road Clive Vale Hastings in the County of Sussex which will bears date the twenty sixth day of March one thousand nine hundred and eighteen and the previous Codicil to which will bears date the twenty third day of September one thousand nine hundred and twenty WHEREAS by my said will I bequeathed to my daughter Emma Brett the sum of Four hundred pounds AND whereas by the said Codicil I reduced the amount of such legacy to Three hundred pounds NOW I hereby revoke the said legacy in its entirety AND I declare that my said daughter shall not be entitled to the said legacy of Four hundred pounds nor to the reduced sum of three hundred pounds mentioned in the said Codicil AND in all other respects I confirm my said will
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereto set my hand this twenty ninth day of March One thousand nine hundred and twenty two
