Will of John Bulger from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 104 probate year 1927 In re This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Bulger of Flat Rock in the Electoral District of St. John's East, Fisherman, hereby revoking all other and former Wills by me at any time made. After the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses, I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann all the money of which I may die possessed; I will and bequeath to my daughter Margaret wife of Edward Martin the farm land and premises at present occupied by me and worked and cultivated by the said Edward Martin; I will and bequeath the land on the New Line to my son James; I will and bequeath the land at Red Head to all my children in equal shares; I appoint my said wife Sole Executrix of this my Will. St. John's July 7th. 1924. John Bulger Signed by the said Testator CORRECT (In the margin next to this will the following)
In the Supreme Court In re OATH OF EXECUTOR. Probate granted to Value of Estate $848.35 Volume 8 The Honourable the Supreme Court or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof The Petition of Mary Ann Bulger of Flat Rock in the Electoral District of St. John's East. HUMBLSY SHEWETH AS FOLLOWS:
Your Petitioner therefore prays that Letters of Probate to the Will of the said John Bulger deceased may be granted to her. And as in duty bound will ever pray. Dated at St. John's this 6th day of September, 1927 Mary Ann Bulger
