Will of Thomas Buckley from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 100 probate years 1887 and 1907 The last will and Testament I hereby will and bequeath to my dear wife Catherine Buckley all my worldly goods and possessions whatsoever to have and to hold during the term of her natural life after which I will that the same be equally divided between my two sons John and James Buckley with the following reservation that is to say that within three months after my death the following bequests shall be paid out of my estate to the person and for the purposes hereafter mentioned.
