      I Mary Robertson Buckanan of Trinity in the Colony of Newfoundland hereby make my last will and Testament revoking and annulling all former wills and dispositions of my property. I give and bequeath to my nephew Claude Alexander son of my brother Arthur Buckanan, of Temple, Texas U.S. America all my real & personal property, consisting of dwelling house and its contents and the freehold land on which it stands    I hereby desire my old friend Captain Francis Ash to be the Executor of this my Estate M.
