George Buchanan.

This is the last will and testament of me, George Buchanan of St. John's engineer.
I revoke all former wills and make this my last will.
I appoint my wife Mary Ann Buchanan, sole executrix of this my will.
I bequeath my house and property situate on Parade Street St John's to my wife for her lifetime and on the death of my wife to my grand daughter Stella Sawers for her absolute use and benefit forever.
I bequeath my land on Three Pond Barrens, Nagles Hill to my said wife for her lifetime and on her death to be divided among my ten children share and share alike.
All the rest residue and remainder of my estate I bequeath to my said wife for her sole and absolute use and benefit forever.
WITNESS my hand at St. John's this 14^th day of March A.D. 1928.
