Last Will and Testament of
William B. Browning of New York U. S. A.
Accountant deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me William Boyd Browning at present of St. John's Newfoundland Merchant. I give devise and bequeath unto my executors hereinafter named all estate property and effects both real and personal of which I shall die possessed in trust to apply the annual rents issues and profits thereof for the use of my mother Elizabeth Browning during the term of her natural life and on her decease for the use of my sisters absolutely in equal parts share and share alike.
I hereby revoke all former wills by me made and appoint Henry Cooke Esquire manager of the Commercial Bank of Newfoundland and Arthur S. Rendell of St. John's broker and Commission Merchant Executors of this my will. March 5, 1888. (Sgd) W. B. Browning. Signed published and declared on this fifth day of March Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and eighty eight by the said William Boyd Browning as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers who in the presence of the said testator and of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as such witnesses on the day and date aforesaid (Sgd) Geo.
