Will of Thomas Brown Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Thomas Brown of Logy Bay Road in the Island of Newfoundland Farmer. I will and bequeath to my son Patrick Brown the farm on the said road (formerly called the road leading to Dowlings Pond) consisting of about six acres more or less and described in the original deed or grant as Lot "E. E." except that portion of the said lot which I have given to my son Brien Brown in the month of May A.D. 1883. As may be more fully seen by the documents executed at that time To have and to hold the said farm to the said Patrick Brown his heirs executors administrators or assigns and all my right title and interest therein for ever. I hereby nominate and appoint Cornelius Callahan, Captain to be sole executor of this my will and I also revoke all former wills or codicils made by me. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name by affixing my mark (at St. John's) that is at my residence Logy Bay Road in the Island of Newfoundland aforesaid this twenty ninth day of October A.D. 1886. (Sgd) Thomas his x mark Brown Signed by the said Testator (by affixing his mark) as his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the same having been first read over and explained to the said Testator.
