Last Will and Testament of
Robert Brown of St. John's
Banker deceased.

      I Robert Brown of St. John's Newfoundland late manager of the Commercial Bank of Newfoundland do make this my last will and Testament and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath unto my daughters Fanny and Martha Noel all the property both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall die possessed or to which I may be entitled to be equally divided between them share and share alike. I appoint my said two daughters Executors of this my last will and Testament. Dated at St. John's Newfoundland this twenty seventh day of February Anno Domini eighteen hundred and ninety three.
