In re
Edward Brown deceased.
This is the last will of me
Edward Brown Senior of Salvage. I give & devise all my estate & effects
real & personal of which I may die possessed or be entitled to, to
my nephew Edward Oldford subject to the following conditions.
I That he maintain until her death or remarriage, my wife Susannah & also
my children Cicely & Rebecca living at home at this present time.
Also that in case either of my daughters Janet or Jane Margaret return
to this house unmarried or widowed he maintain them.
II In
case any of my daughters marry or remarry, all claim on him shall cease
till such time as they all widowed if this should happen.
III
Any cash in my possession at the time of my death to be used for household
expenses. I appoint Wm Tulk executor of this my last will & testament
Dated this eighteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three
