Will of Annie Brophy, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 348 probate year 1931

IN RE.
                              DECEASED
Annie Brophy

This is the last will and testament of me Annie Brophy of St John's in the electoral district of St John's East in the Island of Newfoundland made the third day of October Anno Domini one thousand Nine hundred and Twenty-Nine.
I hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretobefore made by me.
I appoint the Reverend Joseph F. Pippy Parish Priest to be the Executor of this my will.
I give devise and bequeath my land with dwelling house thereon known as No. 38 Signal Hill Road, St John's with the furniture and affects therein to my son Harry and my daughter Rose, share and share alike, absolutely.
I give devise and bequeath my money in the Government Savings Bank equally between my children, Kate Kavanagh, Bessie Furlong, Harry Brophy, William Brophy and Rose Brophy. Provided that if Rose should predecease me her share shall go to Harry and if Harry shall predecease me his share shall go to Rose. In case any of my said children shall predecease me but leave lawful issue, such issue shall be entitled to the parent's share.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my will the day and year first above written.
