Will of George J. Brocklehurst In re This is the last Will of me George J. Brocklehurst of Carbonear Newfoundland retired druggist and I revoke all former Wills by me made I appoint my daughter Adelaide executrix of this my Will and I desire her to act as trustee for my daughter Anna (known as Lil) in connection with all benefits my said daughter Anna shall take under this my Will. I give devise and bequeath all I shall die possessed of to my said two daughters in equal shares as tenants in common. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my Will this 27th day of November 1919 at St. John’s Newfoundland. G. J. BROCKLEHURST. Signed by the testator George J. Brocklehurst as and for his last Will in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas J. McGrath. T. Scanlon McGrath.
