Will of William Brien In re This is the last will and Testament
of me William Brien of Ferryland in the District of Ferryland in the
Island of Newfoundland. I hereby revoke all wills by me at anytime heretofore
made I appoint my wife Margaret Brien to be my Executrix and direct that
all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses hall be paid
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath
unto my son in law, Matthew Barnable of Ferryland the house he lives
in the ground it is built on and the ground which surrounds it & bounded
as follows. East by the Main line of road, south West by Tobins Lane,
North west by Costellos’ meadow and north by the lane from my own
house to the Main Line of Road. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
