Will of William Brien In re In the name of God Amen I William Brien of Cape Broyle being sick in
Body but of sound and perfect memory thanks be to God Do make this my
last Will & Testament in manner & form following

John Martin I William Brien do bequeath to my Son Joseph Brien Half my land on the North East of the Road & I bequeath to my daughter Mary the other half of said Land on the said side of Road & I bequeath my Son Richard all the Land in his possession on the South West Side of Said Road Declaring this to be my last Will & Testament declaring all former Wills void made by me Given under my hand & Seal this 12th day of May 1893 WILLIAM his X mark BRIEN Witness Cornelius Hartery CORRECT.
