I James J. Brian make this my will and Testament. I bequeath to my wife Ellen Mary Brian, all my right title and interest with my houses and property. And to dispose of that property, whatever she pleases to do with it. James J. Brian. ~~Admin C.t.a. issued 22^nd Nov 1888~~
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a correct copy of the last will & Testament of James J. Brien.
