Will and Testament                    Aug 11th/27

This is the last Will and Testament of me Narcisse Breton of Gargamelle country of Newfoundland storekeeper. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my children, namely Renee, Joseph, Augusta, Eugenea, Mary Ann, Bernadette and Alma absolutely as follows- To Rennie Breton the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to Joseph Breton the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) to Augusta Gould the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to Eugenea Billiard the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to Mary Ann Breton (Quebec) the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) to Bernadette Porten (Quebec) the sum of two thousand dollars ($2000.00) (including lean given by me in Jan 1926) to Alma Lavers the entire property owned by me at Gargamelle consisting of house bar and effects, barn and live stock, store and land (above two acres). The stock which remains after my death in the store goes to pay any bills due by me to creditors at St John's and after such bills are paid any money which should remain must be divided and distributed equally amongst my aforesaid children. My money or monies are deposited in the Bank of Montreal of Quebec about one thousand dollars ($1000.00) and one thousand dollars ($1000.00) debentures La Ville de Chicoutimi debenture Traraux de Veine. And four thousand five hundred dollars ($4500.00) in the Provincial Securities Limited Quebec. And one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500.00). These monies to be delivered to my son Joseph Breton whom I appoint my sole executrix of this my will and revoke all previous wills by me at any time made (heretofore), and declare this writing to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this eleventh day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred twenty seven.
Signed by the said N. BRETON Testator in the presence of us who in his presence & in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses.
