Will of May Bremmer from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 513 probate year 1931 IN RE DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me, May Bremner, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Married Woman. I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint my daughter Edith Sweetland Bremner and Frederick R. Emerson of St. John's aforesaid Barrister at law the executors of this my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath my premises known as Rosemont to my executors in trust to realize the same in their absolute discretion and to invest the proceeds of such realization in such instruments as they approve and to pay the income arising out of such investments to my husband Robert Sweetland Bremner during his lifetime and at his death to divide the proceeds of such sale or the said investments among my children share and share alike. I give devise and bequeath all my property other than the said Rosement to my said daughter Edith to be hers absolutely. May Bremner Signed published and declared CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
