This is the last will and testament of I Michael Breen. I will and bequate to my son Michael Breen my whole estate that is to say all my land now in my possession with house and all that is in it also horse tackle cars and wheels and everything on my land and belonging to me And to no other person or persons
Given under my hand at Logy Bay this 7^th day of June 1872 Michael his x mark Breen Sen.
