The last Will and Testament of
Michael Breen late of
Logy Bay in the Central District
Fisherman, deceased.
Logy Bay Newfoundland June 7th 1872 This
is the last will and testament of I Michael Breen. I will and bequate to my
son Michael Breen my whole estate that is to say all my land now in my possession
with house and all that is in it also horse tackle cars and wheels and everything
on my land and belonging to me And to no other person or persons

under my hand at Logy Bay this 7th day of June 1872 Michael
his x mark Breen Sen. I William his x mark Dyer sen; Do witness this will. I
Matthew Prendergast Do witness this will.
I certify the foregoing to be a correct
copy of the last will of Michael Breen Sen. deceased
