Will of James Breen, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 115 probate year 1930

IN RE.                     DECEASED

JAMES BREEN

This is the Last Will and Testament of me, James Breen. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Ann Mahoney my house situate at number 27 York Street St John's, Newfoundland, together with all my possessions contained therein. If the said Mary ann Mahoney remain un-married the house is to remain in her possession to be disposed of at her pleasure, but in the event of her marriage, I direct that the said house pass into the possession of my son, George Herbert Breen.
Given under my hand this third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
