Will of Elizabeth Ann Breen, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 167 probate year 1930

IN RE.                     DECEASED

elizabeth Ann Breen

This is the Last will and testament of me elizabeth Ann Breen of St John's in the Dominion of Newfoundland married woman and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint and nominate John Francis Breen my son of St John's aforesaid executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath unto my husband until his death all my property of whatsoever description and wheresoever situate and after his death unto my daughter Kate Breen for life. After her death or should she predecease my said husband Maurice Breen after his death I hereby instruct and will that my said property be sold and the proceeds thereof divided equally between my children living at the death of Kate Breen my said daughter or at the death of my said husband Maurice Breen which ever death occurs last and my niece T.S.MC.  M.F.P. grandchild T.S.MC  M.F.P. Mary now living with me is to share equally with the said children and should my said daughter Kate have any children living at the death of herself or at the death of my said husband Maurice whichever occurs last her children as a class are to share equally with my said children and said niece T.S.MC.  M.F.P. grandchild T.S.MC  M.F.P.
In witness whereof I have subscribed my hand to this my will at St John's aforesaid this 13th day of December 1921.
