Will of Benjamin Alexander Brazill from Newfoundland will books volume 14 pages 276-277 probate year 1928

In re            DECEASED.
BENJAMIN ALEXANDER BRAZILL.

This is the last will and testament of me Benjamin Alexander Brazill of Channel in the electoral district of Burgeo and La Poile in the island of Newfoundland Collector of Customs being of good health and of sound and disposing mind and memory /I now do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:- I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Abigail Ann Brazill and my son Cyril to be executors of this my last will, directing my said executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate.
Second:- That after the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses I hereby direct that my said wife during her widow-hood or until her remarriage or her death shall have the exclusive use of all my personal property and real estate and also the sum of two hundred dollars per annum from all monies at that time to the credit of my estate.
Third:- I hereby direct that after the death or re-marriage of my said wife all monies remaining to my credit shall be equally divided between my thirteen children viz:- Frederick, Miriam, Chesley, Stanley, Harold, Irene, Wilhelmina, Flora, Oneta, Mildred, Cyril, Allan, Otto, share and share alike. I also direct that all my real estate be sold and the proceeds thereof divided in like manner between my said thirteen children.
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this Second day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty eight.

Signed by the said Benjamin Alexander Brazill the testator in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses.
