Will of William Dean Bragg, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 422 probate year 1931

William Dean Bragg

This is the last will and testament of me William Dean Bragg Customs Employee of the town of Channel in the Island of Newfoundland.
First. I give devise and bequeath to my three daughters, Sarah Elizabeth, Ethel Gertrude, and Amelia one hundred dollars each.
Second. I give devise and bequeath to my three sons Edwin, Howard V and Roy in equal parts, the rest of my personal and real property.
Third. I hereby direct and empower my executor Howard V. Bragg hereinafter named to sell and dispose of to the best advantage my house and land, and to divide the proceeds of the said sale equally amongst my three sons Edwin, Howard V and Roy.
Fourth. I hereby appoint Howard V. Bragg of Channel in the Island of Newfoundland to be my sole and only executor of this my last will and Testament, and I hereby revoke all former and other wills and testamentary papers by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I William Dean Bragg the testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand this 15th day of July 1930 at Channel.
