Will of John P. Bradshaw In re WILL. In the name of God Amen. This is the last Will & Testament of me John P Bradshaw of the Jersey Side Placentia retired Merchant. I appoint my niece Marion Bradshaw, Executrix of this my last Will & Testament. I will & direct that a Monument be forth with erected to my late wife Mary Ann Bradshaw. I will devise & bequeath the sum of Twenty Dollars to Alice Morris, Daughter of Dr Morris. The
balance of my property both real & personal consisting of money
in the Banks, Dwelling & Furniture, Stores & Land on Cooks
Point. Land on the Little Placentia Road opposite E E Hickeys & a
large Meadow, West of Jas Fitzpatrick House & Beach Also I give to my niece Marion Bradshaw full control of the House & Property of my late Father W G Bradshaw on the Jersey Side to sell to him or make some settlement with her Brother. Pleasing to her. In witness whereoff I have hereunto subscribed my hand at the Jersey Side Placentia on the 7th day of January A D 1921. JOHN P BRADSHAW.
