Will of Henry Watts Bradbury from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 399 probate year 1928

In re       DECEASED.
      HENRY WATTS BRADBURY.

This is the last will and testament of me Henry Watts Bradbury of Saint John's in the island of Newfoundland. Storekeeper.
I give devise and bequeath all my money, property, goods, chattels and effects of every description to my wife Margaret Bradbury and my son Samuel Bradbury in equal shares absolutely and forever.
I hereby appoint my son Samuel Bradbury executor of this my will.
Witness my hand at Saint John's this 17th day of May A.D. 1926.

Signed by making his mark, published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) HAVE hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses having been first read over and explained to the said testator who appeared perfectly to understand same.
