Will of Martin Bowdridge Last Will and Testament of In the name of God Amen I Martin Bowdridge of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Mason, do make publish and declare this paper writing to be my last will and Testament and I hereby annul all former wills or Testaments by me made or executed I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Ellen Bowdridge the two houses situate in Monks Town and built on ground leased from the late James Tobin for her sole use and benefit to be disposed of as she may direct. I also give and bequeath unto my said wife Ellen Bowdridge all other property of every description whatsoever I may die possessed of. I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Ellen Bowdridge sole executrix of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and seal subscribed and set at St. John's aforesaid this 28th day of May A.D. 1891.
