Will of Andrew Robert Boone from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 463 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.

ANDREW ROBERT BOONE.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Andrew Robert Boone of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Tailor Cutter:-

  1. I revoke all former wills.
  2. I appoint the Eastern Trust Company to be the Executor of this my will.
  3. I bequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to my eldest daughter Annie Evelyn Boone.
  4. The rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be held by my Executor upon trust to pay out of the income thereof the sum of Eighty Dollars per month to my wife for her support and maintenance during her lifetime or while she remains unmarried. Should the said income not be sufficient to make the said payments, my Executor shall be at liberty to sell my house Number 7 Cummings Street, and out of the purchase price thereof to make up the said payment of Eighty Dollars per month.
  5. Upon the death or remarriage of my said wife the balance of my said estate shall be divided equally among such of my children as shall then be living.

St. John's this 31st day of July A.D. 1928.
