Will of Henry Bonnell from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 420 probate year 1929

      HENRY BONNELL
.

In the name of the Father and of the son and of the Holy Ghost Amen. This is the last will and testament of me Henry Bonnell planter of Lamaline in the district of Burin Newfoundland.

  1. I give devise and bequeath to my son Henry V. G. Bonnell my dwelling house & its contents, the land on which it is built ½ an acre more or less, barn, store, fishing store, wharf and the land south of the road opposite my dwelling house, also 5 acres of land at Salmonier motorboat and fishing gear.
  2. After my debts have been paid I wish that the balance of my estate, monies in bank and house be divided as follows, in equal shares to my four daughters and one son and St. Mary's Church, Lamaline.
    Melinda Cluett.
    Olive Ford.
    Winnifred Lacey.
    Alice Strickland.
    Henry V. G. Bonnell
    .
    and
    St. Mary's Church Lamaline. The church taking two shares in trust with the Rector to be used in furnishing the Church.
  3. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Melinda Cluett her mothers ring and to my son Henry V. G. Bonnell his mothers bed.
  4. I appoint the Rev S. G. Spurrell as executor of this my last will and testament.
