Last Will and Testament of
Edward Bolger late of
St. John's, Cooper, deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Edward Bolger of St. John's, Newfoundland Cooper. I devise and bequeath all my dwelling house and premises situate on the east side of Long's Lane in the town of St. John's aforesaid and all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my beloved wife Ann Bolger so long as she shall remain unmarried and my widow and after her decease or marriage to have and to hold the same unto my children and their heirs respectively share and share alike.
And I appoint my said wife Ann Bolger sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other testamentary writings. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Saint John's aforesaid this tenth day of October A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety Edward his x mark Bolger (LS) Signed by the said testator Edward Bolger as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses.
