Late of St. John's
In the Central District
Widow deceased.
Dated 7th February 1890

Probate granted to William Donnelly and Mary Joucas
The Executors named in the Will

Estate sworn under $6000.00

To the Honorable the Supreme Court of Newfoundland or one of the Honorable the Judges thereof

The petition of Mary Joucas of St. John's married woman

Humbly Sheweth

That Anastasia Bolger of St. John's widow the mother of your petitioner departed this life at St. John's aforesaid on or about the 24th day of January last having previously made her last Will and Testament which has been duly proved wherein the appointed William Donnelly of St. John's Draper Executor and your petitioner Executrix of her said will that the said deceased was at the time of her death possessed of property within the jurisdiction of your Honorable Court of the probable value of Five thousand dollars
That no Probate to said will or Letters of Administration to said Estate has been taken out or applied for. Your petitioner therefore prays that Probate to said will be granted to her and the said William Donnelly And as in duty bound she will ever pray
Dated at St. John's this 5th day of February A.D. 1890.
Mary Joucas

This is the last will and testament of me Anastasia Bolger of St. John's Widow.
First I direct that all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid by my Executors hereinafter named.
Secondly. To my daughter Annie I bequeath the sum of Two hundred dollars
Thirdly. To my son James on condition that he leaves Newfoundland I bequeath the sum of Eighty dollars.
Fourthly. To my sons James William and Edward I give devise and bequeath all my interest in the house at Harbor Grace at present rented by Murdock McKinnon.
Fifthly. All the rest and residue of my property of every description including my stock in trade household furniture the house occupied by Richard Rutherford Harbor Grace I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary ___________
I appoint my friend William Donnelly of St. John's Draper Executor and my daughter Mary Executrix of this my will.
St. John's January 23, 1890
