Will of Francis Boggan from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 69 probate year 1886

Last Will and Testament of
Francis Boggan of St. John's Cooper.

I Francis Boggan of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Cooper do make this my last will and Testament. I bequeath and devise unto my dear wife Mary all the property both real and personal of which I shall die possessed of or entitled to and I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last will and Testament. St. John's Newfoundland this eighteenth day of December Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and eighty two - Francis Boggan - Signed declared and published as the last will and Testament of the said Francis Boggan in presence of us who in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution of the said will the same having been read over and explained in our presence to the said Francis Boggan.
