Will of Thomas P. J. Bogan Last Will and Testament of I Thomas P. J. Bogan now being in a low state of health and find that I am getting weaker in body every day, do hereby while I have strength and in my right mind make my personal property and effects as they exist at present over to my wife Minnie M. Bogan until my child John Bogan becomes of age and then the following property will fall into his hands. That is to say the dwelling house in which I now live and land adjoining said house situated at the Head of Lazy Bank on the Monday Pond Road in the Town of Saint John's. (sgd) Thos. P. J. Bogan. St. John's January tenth 1893. Witnesses (sgd) John Green (Sgd) Samuel his x mark Bambrick. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Thomas P. J. Bogan deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
