Will of Susannah Ellen Letitia Blatch from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 165 probate year 1927

In re
      SUSANNAH ELLEN LETITIA BLATCH.       DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Susannah Ellen Letitia Blatch of St. John's, Widow of the late Henry Blatch.

  1. I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and make and declare this to be my last will and testament.
  2. I appoint William H. Peters, and Dr. Thomas P. Smith, both of St. John's, to be the Executors of this my last will.
  3. All my property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate, I give devise and bequeath to my two daughters Jane Louisa Peters and Mary Maud Smith in equal shares.

In witness whereof I have hereunto signed my hand this Eighth day of December, nineteen hundred and twenty-six.
SUSANNAH ELLEN LETITIA BLATCH.
Signed by the testator as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, who in the presence of the testator, and at her request, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
