Sydney Blandford

This is the last will and testament of me Sydney Dara Blandford of St John's Newfoundland Barrister at Law and I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will.
I give devise and bequeath all my estate property and effects of every nature and kind whatsoever unto and to the use of my dear wife Lillian May Blandford absolutely and forever so long as she remains my widow but in the event of her remarriage all my estate property and effects of every nature and kind whatsoever shall be equally divided amongst my surviving children share and share alike. I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second day of April, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
