Will of Charles R. Bishop, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 378 probate year 1931

Charles R. Bishop.

This is the last will and testament of me.
I, Charles R. Bishop of St George's Newfoundland.
I appoint my son John F. Bishop and my daughter Ada J. Bethune to be my Executor and Executrix respectively.
I give, devise and bequeath the proceeds of all my interests in Steel Mountain Iron property, and consisting of twelve fifteenths shares, to my four children, namely, John F. Bishop, Ada J. Bethune, Charles A. Bishop and Arthur E. Bishop, and to be shared equally, share and share alike.
I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Ada J. Bethune my homestead consisting of dwelling house, and all household affects and outbuildings and land consisting of two acres more or less. - I give, devise and bequeath unto my three sons, that piece or parcel of land situated at Seal rock crossing and known as the Gabel (or Gabriel) property consisting of five acres more or less, and which is to be shared equally between them.
I give, devise and bequeath unto my grand daughter Bertha A. Bethune, the piano and all music books and sheet music.
I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Ada J. Bethune and unto my son Charles A. Bishops, the farm on Flat Bay Brook and consisting of one hundred and sixty acres more or less and to be shared equally between the two of them.
In witness whereof, I the said Charles R. Bishop have to this my last will and testament set my name this twenty sixth day of January in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty two.

Signed by the Testator in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
