Will of Ann Bishop In re In the name of God. Amen. I Ann
Bishop of Long Pond in the Electoral District of Harbour Main, Newfoundland,
being very sick and weak in Body, but of perfect mind and memory do make
and ordain this my last will and Testament. First I give and bequeath to
Arthur Bishop my grandson all that I possess viz: dwelling
house goods and Chattels Stable my part of the cellar that is on my land,
all the cultivated land that I own and worked on and all my uncleared
land one sheep two lambs and my poultry. The land that my dwelling
house stable and cellar are on is bound on the west by the local road,
East by Benjamin Porter, South by the railtrack and North by Benjamin
Porter.
I give and bequeath to Arthur Bishop above named that piece of cleared
land that is situate in Long pond and bounded on the west by the main brook
East by local road South by the railtrack and north by my son Elias land Correct, (Listed in the margin of this will)
