BRIDGET BILLINGSLEY.

In the name of God. Amen.
I, Bridget Billingsley of Saint John's in the island of Newfoundland being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

First; I give, devise and bequeath to my step-son William Billingsley the Two tenement Dwelling House situated on Gower Street, Nos 60 and 62 in the town of Saint John's.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of January Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty three.
