Albert Lee Berteau deceased.
This is the last will and Testament of me Albert LeC Berteau of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Barrister at Law. I give and bequeath all my estate of whatsoever kind or nature unto my beloved wife for her sole separate and absolute use and behoof. I hereby revoke all wills at any time heretofore made and I appoint my wife Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John’s aforesaid this 30^th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.
