- I will that all my
Debts be paid by my Executors
- I give
devise and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Elizabeth Pittman
Bayly after my debts are paid - all my Goods and chattels consisting of Government
Debentures Shares in the Boot & Shoe Factory Saint John’s Deposits in the Montreal Savings Bank Saint John’s, Silver Plate namely
spoons and Forks, at the Parsonage, Bonavista also two Fields or Gardens in
Bonavista one known as Edward Goodlands Garden the other adjoining the United
Fishermens Lodge Ground and Money due me by Board of Education Bonavista
- I appoint as my Executors of this my last will and Testament

of Saint John’s. given this 23rd day - twenty-third of January A.D. one thousand nine Hundred and three
