Last will and testament of Joseph Basha.
I Joseph Basha of Bell Island Conception Bay District of Saint John's East Dominion of Newfoundland being of sound mind and in full possession of memory and speech do make this my last will and testament as follows.
1^st.      To my well beloved wife Zadia Basha I bequeath all my early possessions house, business and all goods and money I possess.
2^nd.     To my daughter Regina Carbage and my sons Elias and Edward Basha I leave my good will and blessing.
3^rd.      I hereby appoint my well beloved wife Zadia my sole executor.
4^th.      After my demise all debts, dues, and demands must have first claim on my estate.
In witness whereof I have this 4^th day of September in the year of Our Lord nineteen hundred and twenty two subscribed my name and placed my seal.
