Will of Richard C. Barter In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Richard C. Barter, of St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland, carpenter. I revoke all former Wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife Elizabeth Barter, executrix of this my Will. I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Elizabeth Barter all my property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed for her own use absolutely. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto my hand subscribed this 13th, day of December, A.D. 1921. RICHARD BARTER. SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us both being present at the same time who at his request and in the presence of the Testator subscribe our names as witnesses.
