      In the name of God Amen    This is the last will and Testament of John Barron of Holyrood Electoral District of Harbor Main Newfoundland. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description whatever and wherever situate unto my wife Maggie Barron absolutely forever     I hereby appoint Richard Dwyer Executor of this my will and testament- In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 16^th day of April 1909    John his X mark Barron.     Signed Sealed published and declared by said John Barron as and for his last will and Testament having been first read over and explained to the Testator who in the presence of us present at the same time and who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof    James O’Rourke    Patrick Morrissey     James David David X Boland
