Will of John Charles Ballam, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 376  probate year 1931

IN RE.                              DECEASED
John Charles Ballam.

I, John Charles Ballam, of Shearstown, Electoral District of Harbour Grace, do make my Last Will and Testament this twentieth day of January in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five.
I hereby revoke all former wills heretofore made by me.
I give and bequeath my house and all its contents, my barn, workshop, cellar, land, plough, and anything else connected therewith to my wife Amelia Bertha Ballam. I direct that after her decease all will go to my son William Ballam.
My cart, harness, carriage harness, carriage, cart wheels, box cart, dray, slide, and my part and share in the horse I give and bequeath to my wife aforesaid. After her decease all is to go to my son William Ballam.
I hereby appoint my wife Amelia Bertha Ballam to be sole executrix of this my will.
