          FRANCIS H. BALFOUR.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Francis H. Balfour of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland Civil Servant.
I appoint F. Graham Balfour, Helen B. Balfour and Fred R. Emerson the executors of this my last will and testament.
I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament.
I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate.
I give devise and bequeath all my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate to F. Graham Balfour and Helen B. Balfour in equal shares.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have here unto subscribed my hand at St John's aforesaid this 17^th day of June Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine.
