      HENRY THOMAS BALDWIN.

I, Henry Thomas Baldwin, of Pouch Cove Nfld. do make and execute this my last will and testament on the twentieth day of November 1928. I hereby revoke all my former wills, codicils, and testamentary dispositions.
I appoint my son Jasper as sole executor of this my will.
My land, consisting of the Garden from the stable to the Orange Hall Sacks Hill Garden, between the Bauline Line and the River; the Round Pond Garden, between the Bauline Line and the river; and half of the land now Commons known as "Ted Baldwins Ground" situated north of Bauline Line I give and bequeath to my son Jasper.
My flakes, one my sole property and the other shared equally with Edward J. Baldwin, I give and bequeath to my son Jasper.
My barn, cellar, well, cabbage garden and yards around the house I give also to my son Jasper.
The dwelling house I give and bequeath to my son Jasper, but I direct that my wife Elizabeth Jane Baldwin is to have the use of it as long as she needs it.
My household furniture I likewise give and bequeath to my son Jasper aforesaid.
Of my money, I devise that half is for my wife Elizabeth Jane Baldwin and half for my son Jasper Baldwin.
In witness whereof I the above named testator have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written.

Signed by the testator in the presence of us, who both present together in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses.
