Will of Samuel W. Baird Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of Samuel Baird of Twillingate. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Baird my household furniture and effects during the term of her natural life, after her decease to my son William T. Baird. The residue of my property of whatever kind or wheresoever situate, and not otherwise disposed of I give devise and bequeath to my son William Baird hereby appointing him sole Executor to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of March A.D. Eighteen hundred and ninety nine. (Sgd) Samuel W. Baird (LS) Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Samuel Baird as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, the same having been read over explained to and fully understood by the said testator. Witness (sgd) Thomas Peyton J.P. (Sgd) Robert Ryall. Boot & Shoe maker Dated March 15th A.D. 1899.
