      I Lydia Bailey of Cat Cove in the District of Trinity, Newfoundland Widow. Hereby make my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills and dispositions of my property I give and bequeath to Susannah, wife of George Stone of Lower Lance Cove Smith’s sound, and daughter of Timothy Bailey of Whale Cove all the real and personal property now held by me, consisting of dwelling house and the contents thereof out houses, the land under fence stores and the contents thereof, and herring and cast nets.    Lydia Bailey x her mark witnessed by us & read over in our presence this 27^th of March 1911     C.
