Will of William Badcock In re In the name of God amen I William Badcock Fisherman of Shears Town Bay Roberts Nfld being of sound and disposed mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and Testament. I hereby appoint A.W. Piccott and G.W. Jardine to be executors of my will I hereby direct my executors to see that this my last will & testament be lawfully enforced I hereby bequeath to my wife Susanna Badcock all my real and personal property Including my Dwelling House Barn Seller and all my Land situated at the north side of the Pond at Shears Town, Bay Roberts district of Harbor Grace Nfld. I hereby bequeath to my wife Susanna Badcock after my death and after all my funeral expences as been paid to receive all moneys due me by Victoria LOL No 3 commonly called Mortality signed William his X mark Badcock witness A.W. Piccott Geo. W. Jardine Bay Roberts 7th June 1902 Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
