Amelia Backstrom

This is the last will and testament of me Amelia Backstrom of St. John's Widow, I revoke all other wills by me made.
I appoint William R. Neal of St. John's Merchant executor of this my last will and testament.
I give devise and bequeath everything whether real personal or chattels real of which I shall die possessed or entitled to unto my said executor upon trust to hold the same and to pay the rents issues and profits arising therefrom unto my sister Margaret Thistle during the term of her natural life and upon the death of the said Margaret Thistle to transfer the corpus of my estate to Gladys Mary daughter of my deceased daughter Florence Margaret.
Should however the income arising from the corpus of my estate be insufficient to keep my said sister Margaret Thistle in ordinary comfort I authorise my said executor to pay to the said Margaret Thistle out of the corpus of my estate a sum not to exceed two hundred dollars per annum whenever he is satisfied that she is in need of the same.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this 12^th day of November 1929
